With a rich background as a former principal and a Ph.D. in Education, Dr. Grant is uniquely positioned to blend the worlds of art and learning. Inspired to honor the legacy of her father, William Richard Lowe jr., a brilliant talent within the art scene, and whose creations lay the foundational cornerstone of the gallery, she envisions a platform where art's transformative potential is accessible to all.
